Expungement Pricing & Consultations

When records are expunged the charge and photo WILL be removed from customers  county and State criminal records. In the event that a pending offense releases a mug shots to the public record; this service requires customers to provide all information required throughout their expungements process.

Customers information will always remain in A.O.C. database. Expungement from G.S. 15A-149 will process and cold store information required within state firm guidelines. Expunge is a nationwide law firm and operates by law under guidelines from the N.C. bar association. (ONLY at this time).
